This page will give you an idea as to the approximate costs of using our egg donation program services. These fees are approximate and do not reflect medical costs and expenses. Please check with your clinic to verify their charges for the medical procedures involved with egg donation. If you are not already working with a clinic, SPC can refer you to a clinic that will fit your needs. Since there is no way to be certain what expenses will be necessary, and every situation is different, all costs may not be listed.

EGG DONATION APPROXIMATE COSTS

Surrogate Parenting Consultants' Agency fee $3000 Egg Donor's fee $3500-$4000 The fee varies depending upon the donor's background and history of previous donations. Psychologist's Fee $400 Legal Fees - Recipient Couple $750 Legal Fees - Egg Donor $300 AIG Insurance $400 Approximate Total Fees $8850

These fees are approximate and do not reflect the medical costs for the egg donor's physical, lab work, medications, and aspiration. Since there is no way to be certain what will be needed to synchronize the Recipient's and Egg Donor's cycles, not all costs are listed. These fees do not include the doctor's fee for the fertilization and embryo transfer.

AGENCY FEE Payment Options - EGG DONOR

Option #1 The Discount Program Fee: $3,000

You may choose to pay SPC one payment of $3,000. To take advantage of this payment option you must sign the Agreement for Services and return it to SPC with your payment of $3,000 within 15 days of the information being sent to you.

Option #2 The Original Program Fee: $3,500

This plan is the original payment plan that SPC started with. You sign the Agreement for Services once you have found an Egg Donor you are interested in and you pay the fee in two installments, as follows:

- The first installment of $1,750 is due upon signing the Agreement for Services and must be received before any appointments are made for the Egg Donor.

- The second installment of $1,750 is due when the donor starts any form of medication prescribed by the clinic that will perform the procedure.

AGENCY FEE - EGG DONOR WITH GESTATIONAL SURROGATE: $3,000

This fee applies when our Egg Donation Program is used in conjunction with the use of a gestational surrogate in our Surrogate Mother Program. Fee: $3,000
